HOMEMADE BEAN DIP
I think of my Son every time I make this dish, because it is one of his favorite snacks when he comes to our house! I know how much he enjoys it! And I love that he enjoys it! Love my Son to the moon and back no matter how old he gets!
This bean dip is needed for the Mexican Migas that are one of my husband’s favorites. Did I ever tell you that my family is important to me? Well, they are! So I aim to please! It is the simplest bean dip, but it sure is good!
Homemade Bean Dip
1 can (bpa free) of ranch style beans blended to a smooth texture or Organic refried beans that are already smooth.
1 handful Organic Mexican Blend Cheese (You can add as much or as little as you want.)
½ - 1 cup Central Market Hatch Medium salsa or JOY Kitchen Homemade Salsa
Sea Salt
Organic Cracked Black Pepper
Organic Garlic Powder
Organic Roasted Cumin Powder (Must be roasted as it makes a difference in taste!)
Stir or Blend all ingredients. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. You can make it the night before if needed. Heat in microwave as desired before serving. We enJOY eating it with blue corn tortilla chips (This product does not spike our blood sugar which makes it a better choice for us! Yea!)
Just a Tip: Organic is optional. I prefer it because I am highly susceptible to pesticides. And avoiding pesticides is the whole purpose in choosing organic products. There are some products that I do not concern myself too much with being organic, such as onions and lemons. But I choose organic as often as possible for not only the healthier, cleaner reasons, but I believe you can definitely taste the difference!
Thanks and God Bless!
